Shipping & Policies

All fabulous items bought will ship 1-3 days from time of purchase, unless the product is a custom order or otherwise specified. These beauties will be shipped via USPS priority mail via flat rate ground shipping of $6.95 in the U.S. Packages are expected to arrive within 5 days of shipment. (If you need this item quickly please contact us immediately to receive additional information regarding rush order shipping prices) All orders over $75 will receive free shipping!!!

 

Returns

East & Market values high quality products and want you to be completely enthralled with your purchase! But we do understand that there are times when an item may not fit proper or the item was not as expected.

Please send an email to immediately to eastandmarket@gmail.com if you need to return or exchange an item.

Please be aware that if you exchange an item there is a chance, due to limited supply, that the item may be out of stock.

 

Below are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  1.  Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic sales, time for international sales will be on a case by case basis.
  2. The item must be received in its original resell-able condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags ). East & Market will inspect each item and has the right to refuse any item that does not fit the stated criteria for returns.


3.  We only accept returns on full-priced items (We do not accept returns on sale items)

  1. We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.
  2.  Return items must include the order number on the parcel.
  3. You (the customer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
  4. Please send all returned items via reliable and insured carriers as East & Market will not be responsible for lost packages!

East & Market values your privacy and security! We do not sell, trade or disclose your personal information, or any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. When registering with East & Market or when making an online purchase, you will be asked to provided your name, address, email and credit card information. This information is secured through Shopify.

East & Market is constantly striving to improve your customer experience! We may use your email to send occasional emails about upcoming events or products, ask for feedback or check in with you to determine status of your orders!
